An aromatic lightly skinsy white here, SBlanc + Chenin through the lens of Concrete Egg x Slavonian Oak Foudre.
Ripe citrus dominates, with light ginger spice & a whiff of smokiness among stone fruits & tropical fruit in the backdrop. Grenache ‘blanc’ + native Swan Valley variety Navera bring the spice to temper the wine into a textural aromatic style. No additives Barr minimal Sulphur.
